JOB SUMMARYDir Pastoral Care and Education is responsible developing, organizing, and coordinating pastoral care and chaplain services for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). Develops and implements programs and services designed to meet religious, spiritual, and interfaith needs of BSWH patients, families, employees, and visitors. Develops system-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines for the BSWH pastoral programs in alignment with BSWH mission and ministry strategic objectives.
