The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Specialist serves as the Social Worker for Veterans receiving SSVF services and are enrolled in Health Care for Homeless Veterans Programs (HCHV) with the Dayton VAMC. They provide case management and intervention support to SSVF in a team oriented, recovery-based, community partnership program. This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT.
