Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required
Minimum 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population
Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
Previous experience coordinating and facilitating care conference meetings
Includes medical, life insurance, retirement, CME, and malpractice coverage
Full-time and onsite Monday through Friday for the first 6 months
Will become hybrid with 1 - 2 days from home

From $68868.00 to $86091.00 Annual Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
