• Outpatient work setting
• Master's degree in counseling, social work. or psychology from an accredited college or university
• Must have or be eligible for Oregon LCSW or LPC license
• Experience in health psychology and working knowledge of patients with chronic conditions
• Schedule: 8 am -5 pm
• Sign-on bonus of $7K - $15K and $10 - $15K relocation assistance
