Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Social Worker for Oncology Services within the Breast Cancer popuation at Morristown Medical Center to work from 8 AM to 4 PM.Responsibilities Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families with a breat cancer diagnoses along the care continuum.Assesses patient and family needs and develops a comprehensive care plan.Coordinates individual and group support programs and community educational programs.Serves as a liaison to community organizations.Qualifications MSW with current LSW or LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.Minimum two (2) years of oncology/breast cancer experience required.
