The Suicide Prevention Social Work Coordinator, (SPC), facilitates implementation of suicide prevention strategies at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital and Clinics through education, monitoring and coordination of activities to ensure that appropriate measures are being taken to prevent suicide in our patient population. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
