The Coder will closely collaborate with Dr. Terry and the other Fidelity Coder on the coding activities, and will also work with Dr. Bricker and the HABIT Group as needed on other research projects. Training on ACT, counseling techniques, and fidelity coding will be provided. Salary is commensurate with experience, and scheduling is flexible.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the counseling techniques employed by the intervention, and the ability to recognize/identify the required therapeutic skills in practice.
- Perform fidelity assessments as per protocol; maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of the assessments.
- Participate in regular quality review meetings for assessment/enhancement of inter-rater reliability. Provide constructive peer consultation and quality review to help other fidelity coders maximize their contributions to the project and accept same. As needed, adjust methods and performance as agreed upon in consultation with the supervisor.
