As part of our Whole Child Health model, Nemours strives toward fully integrating behavioral health consultation and intervention services into our pediatric primary care practices in the Delaware Valley. We are seeking to hire a Primary Care Behavioral Health Therapist to expand access to evidence-based care within the patient-centered medical home.

The Primary Care Behavioral Health Therapist in this position is a member of the primary care team, comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, nurses, medical assistants, and care coordination, providing collaborative, team-based care to patients and their families. Day to day activities will be within the primary care team, and the Behavioral Health Therapist will also be linked to the Division of Behavioral Health at Nemours. Teaching, training, and mentoring are core values in our Division and these efforts are supported and encouraged. Requirements:

Master's Degree

Fully licensed in Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or immediately eligible for licensure in Delaware.

Minimum of 2 years of professional clinical experience in the field, preferably in a similar setting/with a similar patient population.
