Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time social worker to join a large Primary Care Behavioral Health team serving patients throughout Seattle, Washington. This is an in-clinic position at either the First Hill or Issaquah campuses where you will be providing care either in-person or through virtual means. The role is focused on providing brief, targeted intervention focused behavioral health care services, this typically means providing episodic care to a single patient no more than 1 to 2 times per month.
