SLHS is dedicated to quickly addressing issues of suicidal ideation and other psychosocial stressors expressed by patients in the 300+ outpatient medical clinics across the health system. This role will provide on-demand support to these clinics across southern Idaho. In addition, this role will provide direct support to patients enrolled in a service where they received added support for acute and chronic diseases.
