ChristianaCare's Community Health Program is looking to hire a Full time Senior Social Worker I to support the Center for Hope and Healing program at the Riverside and the Hope Center sites.The Senior Social Worker is to work as a team member of an ambulatory complex care practice. This position is to provide support services to patients including those with disabilities of a physical, emotional, or psychiatric nature.
