Peer Specialist
The Peer Specialist functions as an interdisciplinary team member, assisting physicians and other professional/non-professional personnel in a rehabilitation treatment program. This position is assigned to the Addiction Recovery Treatment Services (ARTS) Program. Peer Specialists are essential to our multidisciplinary approach and serve a valuable role in the engagement of Veterans with Substance Abuse diagnoses at all levels of outpatient care.
