The STARS Social Workers will function as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team in one of the following community-based outpatient clinics: Myrtle Beach, SC Goose Creek, SC Beaufort, SC Hinesville, GA Savannah, GA  This individual will actively participate in patient assessment and treatment planning, and provision of a full range of clinical treatment and services to all assigned Veteran patients enrolled in STARS. Specific duties include:This social worker develops an extensive psychosocial assessment of the Veteran in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Veteran, family members and significant others. The goal of the assessment is to highlight the Veteran's strengths, limitations, and internal/e
