This social work position supports the CARE (Children At Risk Evaluation) Team and works both with patients and families as well as multiple community agencies including Child Welfare agencies and Law Enforcement. The focus is on the clinical assessment of child maltreatment and the coordination of support for these patients within their families and community partners.This position is responsible for providing comprehensive social work services to patients and their families in accordance with the job responsibilities described below.
