The Care Coordination, Advocacy, Treatment, and Connections to Housing (CATCH) Senior Social Worker will be based at Mather, Ca in the Sacramento VAMC. Utilizing a Trauma-Informed and Whole Health framework, the incumbent provides professional, clinical, and administrative case management for the CATCH program in the Social Work Service. Assists in the formulation and implementation of protocols and policies to meet the everchanging needs of the program's target population and replication needs.
