The HCHV Social Worker is a critical position in the Columbia VA Health Care System, Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program and is under the supervision of the HCHV Coordinator. The objective of the HCHV Program is to re-integrate homeless veterans with psychiatric and substance use disorders into the community and to help them achieve the maximum level of health and social functioning possible.
