The CCC will support the mental and physical health care of patients, closely coordinate care with the patient???s medical provider, and the psychiatric consultant where appropriate. ??????Have a clearly distinguished role from a specialty mental health therapist practice model.??????Work with women on presenting concerns across the adult lifespan. These concerns range from pre-conception (e.g., fertility issues), to pregnancy (e.g., anxiety in pregnancy, high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy loss), to postpartum (e.g., postpartum depression) through menopause. ?
