Nemours is seeking a Clinical Health Equity Program Manager for our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Alignment team in Wilmington, DE. Primary Functions: Reporting to the Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, the Clinical Health Equity Program Manager supports the planning, management, and implementation of existing and new initiatives to further the mission, goals, and strategic initiatives of Nemours Children's Health Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Alignment (IDEA) department. This position will heavily support the equitable healthcare delivery evaluation team and manage IDEA enterprise-wide infrastructure needed to develop and implement the health equity strategy.
