The incumbent is a social worker who serves in a full-time capacity within the Homeless Programs under the Social Work Services (SWS) at Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, which includes affiliated community-based outpatient clinics (CBOCs). In this position, the individual serves as a Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Social Worker, providing outreach, assessments, referrals, and case management services to homeless Veterans identified in the community.
