Incumbent serves as a HUD-VASH Senior Social Worker at the GS-12, based in Klamath Falls, OR covering Klamath and lake Counties. The HUD-VASH Senior Social Worker at VA SORCC primary responsibilities are to provide intensive case management services, continuous quality improvement activities, evaluation/consultation, psychosocial assessments, placement services, and referrals to various community agencies for veterans .
