About the opportunity:
The Master's Level Clinical Fellowship focuses on the provision of outpatient services to the Summit and Eagle County communities. Although the focus is provision of outpatient behavioral health services, this fellowship has the opportunity to specialize in a specific, pre-approved area of interest, including child/adolescent services, intensive group programming, and substance use. Fellows are expected to provide up to 32 direct-clinical hours per week, as developmentally appropriate. The additional hours of the work week consists of training, supervision, documentation, team meetings, and other duties as assigned.
What you will do:
Under the supervision of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Director, the Fellow provides general outpatient behavioral health services, including individual, group, and family-based therapeutic services focusing on interdisciplinary treatment of complex, comorbid, and/or treatment resistant behavioral health disorders. This includes maintaining a caseload of minimally 32 billable clinical hours per week.
Maintains a comprehensive caseload that is based on community need, patient population need, and services delivered across all Outpatient Clinics.
Responsible for co-facilitating at least two Intensive Outpatient (IOP) cohorts during their training year, supported by a licensed provider who assists with curriculum development and service delivery.
Maintains excellence in clinical documentation in alignment with local, internal, state, federal, and regulatory standards and compliance.
Maintains comprehensive documentation within an electronic health systems. As such, diligence of patient privacy and security standards are critical, as is expertise in electronic health record systems.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains the security and confidentiality of data/information used to perform daily duties adhering to hospital policy, laws, and regulations as appropriate.

Experience:
Candidate Licensure in a Behavioral Health field, preferred.
License(s):
State of Colorado Behavioral Health License, required. License type accepted: LPC, LCSW, LP
Current, valid Colorado Driver?s license, with ability to pass Vail Health?s Department of Motor Vehicle Report, required.

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
Education:
Completion of a Master?s Level program in mental health counseling, social work, or equivalent, required.
Candidates near completion of their degree may be considered if a letter from their academic supports degree completion within 60 days of hire.
