Employee Support Specialist
Additional Information About the RoleRoles and Responsibilities Working with leadership and team members to identify potential employees in need of support.Identifying employee needs and referring community resources.Coordinate and develop access to resources.Provide supportive counseling to employees in need.Support 40-50 employees per month. Hours8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Potential for flextime dependent on evening shift needs. Required - bachelor’s degree in a Social Services related field
