Specializing in neuro-trauma rehab for stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury patient populations. Some highlights of our program include a comprehensive mentorship component, highly engaged team members involved in practice councils and committees, driving program, access to therapeutic recreation and rehab psychology services, and increasing access to cutting-edge assistive technology and state of the art therapy equipment.

Our rehab care continuum seamlessly connects the inpatient rehab program to acute care and outpatient neuro therapy, ensuring holistic patient recovery. As a legacy program within the community, we are dedicated to advancing neuro rehabilitation, constantly striving to provide unparalleled care for our patients and their families. FTE: 0.8, Shift: Day, Schedule: Weekdays, rotating weekends

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
• You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
• You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
• You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
• You will communicate well with patients, peers, and other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients

Requirements

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a social or health setting required
