Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assume a leadership role in the department (e.g., program director, internship coordinator) relevant to prior experience Teach a 3:3 course load on campus with reassigned time available for serving in a leadership role; Summer teaching is available Teach MFT courses and provide clinical supervision of internship students Advise and mentor graduate students in the MFT program Engage in research and scholarly activities relevant to MFT Engage in service to the program, department, institution, and MFT profession The Department of Counseling, Family Therapy, and Higher Education
