JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. Talent Attraction (TA) Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting the recruiting initiatives for the Talent Attraction department, encompassing all tasks associated with the full recruitment lifecycle; to include sourcing/screening, scheduling, and talent attraction activities. This role requires the ability to foster relationships and self-motivation and ultimately assists in keeping Community Health Choice hiring process and practice smooth to ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.JOB SPECIFICATIONS Supports the recruiting initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team encompassing all task associated with the recruitment fu
