The Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Manager is primarily an administrative position.  The Manager serves as back-up for the Director of Rehabilitation Services, coordinates the educational activities and competency assessment of the outpatient and off site clinic staff, assures high level of customer service, coordinates daily resource allocation across the departments and locations assuring all ordered treatments are completed, participates in department program development and performance improvement activities and participates in hiring and orientation of new staff.
