SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for supporting the management team in planning, organizing and coordinating all clinical operations of the designated site. Assures quality assurance of all assigned team members who are part of the site and/or program. This also includes ongoing training and individual supervision for assigned team members to assure that clinical competency and high-quality client care is being provided. Must be trained, competent and actively implementing Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and comfortable in supervising EBP models.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required.
Minimum three (3) years experience in mental health direct care.
Minimum one year experience in supervisory role or carrying out supervisory tasks.
Basic Life Support Certified to be completed before the end of orientation period.
PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate.
