DescriptionSummary:The Associate Experience and Recognition Specialist contributes to the coordination and implementation of Associate experience programs and recognition strategies consistent with CHRISTUS Health?s mission, core values, and business strategy. He or she takes a data-driven approach to drive a culture of feedback and recognition to further enhance the Associate experience. He or she manages and analyzes data from a wide range of sources and organizes it in a way that is readily presentable to key stakeholders. He or she collaborates with stakeholders across the organization as needed on initiatives related to Associate experience and recognition programs.Responsibilities:Meets expectations o
