The Mental Health Therapist delivers direct mental health services to clients and their families. They may provide individual, couples, group, and family services. The outpatient therapist ensures all treatments are delivered within the scope of the therapist's training experience and general level of competence. The outpatient therapist will work accordingly with the multi-disciplinary team in regards to their caseload. She serves as a professional role model, mentor and clinical resource/educator to the other members of the clinical team. Develops goals and objectives and improves patient outcomes and create a culture of excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides individual, couples, group, family or marital therapy ranging from children to adults.
