The position is assigned to the Veteran's Resource Center (VRC), an administrative one-stop shop that connects Veterans to a variety of resources (billing, patient advocate, VBA, eligibility, scheduling, etc.) for issue response/resolution, provides education on services offered and serves as the hub for improved Veteran experience. The Patient Experience Liaison Social Worker provides clinical, customer service, resource, negotiation and coordination services to Veterans requesting assistance through Congressional inquiries, White House Hotline (WHHL), VRC, and Patient Advocacy. Resolution requires communication, networking and problem-solving Veterans' needs across service lines. Clear professional communication is required
