The Director of the Division of Public Health (DPH) functions in a leadership position, reporting to the Office of the Secretary in the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS). Through the execution and management of an applied strategic vision, the Division Director is responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives that sustain, foster, and improve access, quality, and efficiencies within the State of Delaware’s Public Health System. This position will serve as the lead public health official of the Division of Public Health.
