The Social Worker provides clinical social work services to Veterans in primary care, inpatient, and specialty clinic program activities within the Medical Center and at the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). The Social Worker is assigned to the Primary Care Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and must use a high level of skill in assessing and treating the complicated psychosocial problems of Veterans and their families/significant others.
