The centers provide health care via a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Advanced Practice Clinicians, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, and a Registered Nurses.You would be a member of the team that works together to build a partnership within the school environment to support and address all the needs of the
