The New Mexico VA Healthcare Network is recruiting for a Social Worker functioning as the Medical Center's Housing and Urban Development/VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Case Manager for Homeless Native American Veterans residing within a 200-mile radius of Zuni Tribal Lands, New Mexico area and VAMC's Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program. S/he is responsible for monitoring all phases of case management services for veterans receiving housing provided through HUD Section 8 housing vouchers.
