The Social Worker serves as a member of a multidisciplinary Housing and Urban Development Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD VASH) team and is responsible for coordinating and providing individual and family counseling and case management services. The social worker conducts assessment interviews, develops treatment plans and provides treatment to HUD VASH eligible Veterans and their families.
