The Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) Expansion Social Worker works at a community site, walk in clinic and emergency room where chronically homeless Veterans or Veterans who are at risk of becoming homeless can access immediate service. The focus is to provide psychosocial services to these Veterans.
