The Social Worker Specialty Care Program Coordinator will maintain a clinical caseload, and will have administrative and supervisory oversight of all Specialty Care Social Workers. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Complex Care Coordinator to ensure seamless collaboration between Specialty Care and Primary Care Clinics. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Education: Have a master's degree in social work (MSW) from a school of social work fully accredited by the Coun
