The incumbent, functions as both a case manager for the Medical Center's Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program (HCHV) and the outreach worker for the program. HCHV is a program to provide service to homeless and potentially homeless Veterans. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
