ChristianaCare is hiring for a Senior Social Worker for a new program that partners with the Wilmington Police Department.As a Senior Social Worker you would be embedded within the City of Wilmington Police Department Partners in Care Program. This position will serve as a liaison among providers, hospitals, peer counselors, and people seeking treatment for and addressing their mental health needs. You will also act as a co-responder with the police when a 911 call is received, and mental health appears to be the issues rather than criminal concerns. The Caregiver will also provide support to the individual through referrals to Community-based mental health services and assistance in addressing any social needs.Benefits:
