The social worker provides direct care/case management to the mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis Veteran population seen at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System (VAHCS) in the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MH RRTP). This position serves as a resource to other members of the Mental Health multi-disciplinary team and other health care providers within the Health Care system.
