Pharmacist PRN (Mon-Fri Day Shift) - Ambulatory Care (Community Care Clinics)Our department's pharmacists are unique and significantly different from those in a typical hospital or retail pharmacy setting. As part of our embedded pharmacy care team at the community care clinics, the pharmacist works closely with a team of pharmacy technicians, pharmacist residents and pharmacy students to provide direct patient care. The community care clinics present a multidisciplinary team that provides outpatient care to patients who are underinsured, uninsured, and/or indigent. In addition to the pharmacy care team these clinics also presents behavior health, chronic disease, and navigation care teams
