Social Worker
The PTSD/SUDS Social Worker works closely with the PTSD/SUDS Psychologist to provide individual and group psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups to veterans in the PSAT track of the PTSD-RRTP. They will provide treatment planning, discharge planning, case management, advocacy, coverage for other treatment team members' groups when needed, and coordination of linkage to appropriate VA and community service providers/agencies as needed by the Veteran on an independent practice level.
