The Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) will be assigned to Brooklyn campus of New York Harbor VA Healthcare system. He/she will provide intensive case management services, continuous quality improvement activities, evaluation/consultation, psychosocial assessments, veteran groups, individual therapy, placement services, and referrals to various community agencies and hospital services for MHICM veterans. Travel will be required in the community in four boroughs of New York City.
